Job Details

To direct and participate in investigative and law enforcement activities through supervision of professional enforcement personnel engaged in a variety of enforcement activities associated with fisheries, wildlife, boating and search/rescue activities in an assigned district or for a statewide specialized enforcement unit. LEVEL OF WORK:Supervisor. SUPERVISION RECEIVED:General from a Wildlife Enforcement Captain or higher-level wildlife enforcement personnel. SUPERVISION EXERCISED:Direct line over Wildlife Enforcement Sergeants and/or assigned enforcement personnel of lower rank. LOCATION OF WORK:Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, Law Enforcement Division. JOB DISTINCTIONS:Differs from Wildlife Enforcement Sergeant by the presence of supervisory responsibilities.
