Responsibilities

• Achieving and exceeding sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Providing professional, upbeat consultations with customers
• Educating customers on tanning safety and legal requirements
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon environment
• Handling cash and managing opening/closing procedures
• Completing daily administrative tasks and tracking goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age of 18
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (up to 7 hours)
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
