Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for *Contract Reviewer* Title: Contract Reviewer Position type: Fulltime, Contract (W2) Duration: 6 Months Location: Shoreview, MN (Hybrid 3 days onsite/2 days' work from home) *As a Contract reviewer , you will:* * Review contracts for accuracy and completeness, ensuring key terms are clearly stated before uploading to an online repository * Conduct in-depth analysis to understand the structure and "breadcrumbs" of the contract how different parts connect and align. * Understand the relationship between multiple contracts and how they fit into a broader legal or commercial framework. * Work primarily with commercial banking documents, focusing on agreements between clients and other businesses or entities. * Analyze lengthy documents (often 200 pages) with a focus on understanding key legal and business terms. * Receive training on specific review criteria, though prior experience in contract/document review is highly valued. * Prioritize analytical thinking and the ability to synthesize complex information across documents. * Demonstrate enthusiasm and a personal drive to succeed, with examples of self-motivation or goal achievement being a plus. *The ideal candidate will have:* * Background in law (JD or legal education preferred) * Prior experience in contract and document review, especially in commercial settings. * Comfortable reviewing large volumes of complex documentation. * Experience with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) is a nice-to-have and candidates may be cross-trained in this area. * Not necessarily seeking paralegals, but individuals familiar with contract language and document analysis.
