Summary

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing overall administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team under the guidance of TA Leadership.


Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team as directed by TA Leadership.
  • Audit and update requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System, Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
  • Refresh requisitions and job postings.
  • Audit job postings for accuracy and compliance.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on recruitment activity.
  • Schedule meetings for TA Leadership and departments.
  • Manage and organize Talent Acquisition Team documents and files.
  • Update training materials for recruiters and hiring managers related to recruitment processes.
  • Coordinate deliverables and infrastructure for recruiting projects.
  • Monitor and report on Talent Acquisition resources, such as Indeed contacts and Text Recruit usage.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0-1 year of administrative/support experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High sense of urgency with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
