What you'll be doing...

As a full-time Verizon Retail Sales Specialist, you will have the chance to cultivate your skills in a supportive environment focused on sales success. Here's what you can look forward to:

• Drive retail sales by harnessing your enthusiasm for innovative technology and excellent customer service.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and build meaningful connections.
• Provide expert product insights and tailored recommendations to deliver comprehensive sales solutions.
• Utilize your outstanding communication skills to close sales and meet customer demands with simple tech solutions.
• Enhance your knowledge through continuous training and gain expertise in merchandising and inventory management.
• Expand your customer base by reaching out via calls and messages to current Verizon customers interested in our offerings.
• Participate in community events to grow your loyal customer base beyond the store.

We are hiring immediately! This is not a typical entry-level retail role. Regardless of your experience level, you can earn between $16.00 and $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $16,000 annually in individual-based commissions for meeting your sales targets. Exceptional performers could boost their earnings significantly, with potential total annual compensation ranging from $65,000 to $73,500+. Note that compensation varies by geography, hours worked, and individual performance.

What we're looking for...

You need to have:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of relevant experience, demonstrated through work or military service.
• A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance).
• An openness to take on extra shifts during peak season to increase your earnings.

It would be even better if you have:

• Experience in a commission-based role.
• Proven sales experience with a focus on customer solutions.
• Strong customer service background.
