The User Service Analyst II is a professional support position in the Tulane Doctors Alexandria clinic responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and functionality of desktop and mobile devices for end users. The position manages various tasks related to user support within the clinic, such as resolving help requests using diagnostic tools, updating programs, and installing and uninstalling programs. The position also provides direct assistance at the desktop level for staff & faculty when needed. The position is also responsible for data management of the Ryan White EIS clinic grantee database, Care. Ware 6, including updating and backup of the program and database, and importing labs into Care. Ware 6 from the current laboratory system. The User Services Analyst is expected to create or improve tools, establish best practices to enter and retrieve Continuous Quality data for quarterly meetings and the grantor, Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA) as needed.
