Hotel Front Desk Clerk
Remedy Staffing is currently hiring a Front Desk Clerk for a Professional Hotel located in Alexandria, La.
ROP: $11.00-$12.00 (DOE) (contract to hire with raise)
Schedule:Flexible, Monday-Sunday
must be able to work all 3 shifts 7-3,3-11,11-7

• Greet guests in an efficient and courteous manner
• Helping guest check-in or check-out
• Reviewing and process payments for hotel services and making reservations over the telephone
• Acting as a point of communication for guest needs
• Checking emails, printing reports, entering data, etc.
• Overseeing other front desk duties as assigned

• Must have a customer service personality and display excellent customer service
• Mus be able to learn a certain computer operating system
• Must be able to stand through the shift watching over the front
• Must be able to multi-task under high stressful activities
• Follow standard work instructions as assigned
• Perform daily hands-on tasks
• Must be able to be versatile and open on your availability 7 days a week
