Job Summary:
Join our team as a Warehouse Stock Associate at Grainger and play a vital role in ensuring our inventory is organized and accessible. This position is essential for maintaining order and efficiency in our warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Stock Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Sorting, organizing, and storing inventory in the appropriate locations.
• Packaging items and labeling them accurately.
• Scanning delivered items to verify quality and completeness.
• Reporting any damaged or missing inventory to your supervisors.
• Stacking and organizing large bulk items effectively.
• Removing inventory from trucks and delivering it to designated locations.
• Updating logs and documentation for inventory processing.
• Transporting materials from facilities to workstations, pickup locations, or other areas.
• Wearing safety gear at all times and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a stocker or in a similar role (preferred).
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good moral character.
• Physical strength, agility, and dexterity, with the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
