Job Summary:
The Retail Stock Associate plays a vital role in maintaining an organized and well-stocked store environment. You will be responsible for replenishing shelves and ensuring that products are easily accessible to customers. This position involves utilizing equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to transport products from the backroom to the sales floor.

Responsibilities:

• Keep all shelves stocked with fresh products to enhance customer experience.
• Clean and tidy store shelves while fronting products for easy access.
• Rotate stock and remove any outdated or spoiled items promptly.
• Set up appealing product displays to attract customers.
• Support inventory management processes as needed.
• Operate equipment safely to move large quantities of merchandise.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift heavy objects regularly.
• Previous experience in stocking or a related position is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
