Your Day at Lowe's

As a Customer Service Associate, you will welcome customers, assist them in locating the right products, and ensure they have an exceptional shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers warmly and delivering friendly, professional customer service.
  • Helping customers find and handle merchandise efficiently.
  • Replenishing supplies by down stocking products as needed.
  • Processing orders and deliveries accurately to meet customer expectations.
  • Cross-training in different departments to enhance customer support.
  • Preparing merchandise according to customer requirements (such as mixing paint or cutting materials).
  • Guiding customers through their shopping or checkout experiences.
  • Completing additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6 months of experience using a computer for information management.
  • 6 months of experience with retail technology (smartphones, tablets, etc.).
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
  • Able to stand, sit, and perform essential duties throughout the working day.
  • Capacity to lift 25lbs unassisted and assist with heavier items as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months of retail or customer service experience.
  • Bi-lingual abilities.
  • Certification related to a specific department (e.g., hardware, plumbing, electrical).

Travel Requirements

This position does not require regular travel but may require occasional trips to meetings or training sessions.
