Define and implement performance metrics for processes, measure output, monitor performance, quality and compliance to processes and to business goals. Collaborate cross-functionally to quality goals are met, such as rework and scrap reduction, as well as on time product delivery to customers. Analyze statistical process control data to understand process variation, initiating corrective actions when necessary. In addition, lead change control protocols and follow-up to validate effective change implementation. Investigate customer issues with product quality and lead the development of root cause analyses, design of experiments (DOE), or 8 D programs to produce effective corrective actions. Visit customer facilities to conduct health check meetings and maintain positive customer relationships. Serve as site voice-to-suppliers for all quality issues.
