What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide high-quality customer service to both internal staff and external patients through effective call management
• Schedule appointments and electronically transmit messages to the clinical team based on patient requests

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Associate's Degree or Medical Assistant Certification with at least 1 year of experience
• Prior experience in a call center or busy phone system
• Familiarity with electronic appointment scheduling
• Strong customer service experience and excellent verbal communication skills
