Turning Point Services, LLC (TPS) is seeking a dedicated Corporate Safety Manager to lead and enhance our safety initiatives across all operations. As a growing provider of precision millwright services—including equipment installation, maintenance, and overhaul for turbines, compressors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, and generators—we prioritize the safety and well-being of our team and clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Develop and Implement Safety Policies:** Create, update, and enforce comprehensive safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.

- **Conduct Risk Assessments:** Identify potential hazards and implement mitigation strategies to prevent incidents.

- **Training and Development:** Provide ongoing safety training and resources to all employees, fostering a culture of safety and compliance.

- **Compliance Monitoring:** Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.

- **Incident Investigation:** Lead thorough investigations of any safety incidents, analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions.

**Qualifications:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years in occupational health and safety management, preferably within industrial settings.

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.

- **Certifications:** Professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) are highly desirable.

- **Skills:** Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in safety management systems and risk assessment tools.
