Housing Stability & Resources Development Coordinator VISTA This AmeriCorps VISTA service opportunity supports Re-Entry Solutions' anti-poverty work by strengthening the systems, partnerships, and infrastructure needed to help justice-impacted individuals and other vulnerable populations move toward long-term stability and self-sufficiency. The VISTA member will not provide direct services. Instead, the member will build capacity so the organization can better connect participants to employment, education, housing, supportive services, and community-based opportunities that reduce barriers to economic mobility. The VISTA member's work may include developing and improving community partnerships, researching and organizing resources, supporting grant and fund development efforts, strengthening outreach and communications, improving data tracking and reporting systems, assisting with program development, and helping create sustainable processes that increase organizational effectiveness and long-term impact. The member may also help expand employer engagement, volunteer development, referral pathways, and outcome measurement systems so that the organization can serve more people more effectively. Through this role, the VISTA member will help Re-Entry Solutions increase organizational capacity, improve coordination of anti-poverty initiatives, and strengthen the foundation for sustainable community impact. The overall goal is to help the organization grow its ability to support individuals and families facing economic hardship by creating stronger systems that lead to greater access to opportunity, reduced barriers, and improved long-term outcomes. Member Duties : The AmeriCorps member serving as Housing Stability and Resource Development Coordinator will build organizational capacity by strengthening Re-Entry Solutions' housing resource systems and support infrastructure. The member will help identify and organize housing-related resources, develop resource guides and referral tools, maintain housing resource databases, and support the creation of systems that improve access to housing opportunities and stability supports for justice-impacted individuals and families. The member may also assist with tracking housing-related partnerships, organizing resource information, and improving processes for resource development and coordination. This role will not provide direct client services, but will focus on building sustainable systems that strengthen housing access, stability efforts, and long-term anti-poverty impact.
